How Eating Healthy Can Make You Fat…

Doesn’t this look healthy?  The label says 99% fat free and its has blueberries and acai which are loaded with anti-oxidants.

Not all yogurt is created equal my friends. This healthy looking container of yogurt has 170 calories, 33 grams of carbs, and 26 GRAMS OF SUGAR!  To give you a point of reference, a Snickers candy bar has 270 calories, 34.5 grams of carbs, and 28.8 grams of sugar.  Not a whole lot of difference huh?

It is imperative that you read the labels on the foods you eat.  Trusting the packaging or eating what you’ve always been told is healthy is not enough.
